Membership Application

We welcome applications from Agents that fit the below criteria. To express your interest please complete our application form.

THE AYPA MEMBERSHIP

FULL MEMBERSHIP

Annual Fee £200

  • Trading for at least 3 years

  • Have a website

  • ICO Member 

  • Have a separate bank account for client money

  • Have a contract for clients 

  • Commission to be capped at 37.5%

  • No commission on chaperone fees 

  • No double dipping on commission 

  • DBS Update service for permanent staff members 

  • Adhere to our Code of Conduct

  • Recommendation from one other Full Member of the AYPA

  • Agency to represent more children under 16 than those over 16. Ideally representing at least 50% under 16s.
